Kipinä is expanding throughout the GCC, Europe and Asia. We are always interested in hearing from exceptional teachers, teacher assistants, nurses, receptionists and managers. But you must have the minimum qualifications listed below and you must follow the right protocol when contacting us – it's the first way for us to assess how professional you are.

Teachers

Minimum qualification: A degree in education from a recognised university, or a postgraduate qualification in education and an undergraduate degree in another area + Native English or a TOEFL score >110 (IELTS >8)

Assistant Teachers

Minimum qualification: A degree in education from a recognised university, or a postgraduate qualification in education and an undergraduate degree in another area, or a Diploma in Early Years Education + Native English or a TOEFL score >94 (IELTS >7)

Managers

Minimum qualification: A degree in education, business or marketing from a recognised university + Native English or a TOEFL score >118 (IELTS >9). You must have at least 3 years managing a nursery or preschool and your experience must be recent.

Nurses

Minimum qualification: A degree in nursing from a recognised university in your home country. Your qualification must be recognised in the county in which you are applying at Kipinä + Native English or a TOEFL score >60 (IELTS >6)
